NEORUINS™
ARCHIVE PROTOCOL

Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 24, 2026

NEORUINS™ ("we," "the Archive") is a creative project operated as a sole proprietorship by Angelo Padula in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit neoruins.com and how we use it. The short version: we collect the minimum needed to run the site, we never sell your data, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.

1. Information We Collect

Email address — when you sign up for the newsletter or create an observer account (we use passwordless magic-link sign-in, so we never see or store a password).

Observer account data — if you sign in, we store your chosen codename, which vaults you've unlocked, which relic cards you've claimed, and which terminal discoveries you've made. This is what powers your collection page and the leaderboard.

Analytics — we use Metricool and Google Analytics to understand aggregate site traffic (pages visited, approximate location, device type). This data is anonymized and never tied to your email or account. Google Analytics anonymizes IP addresses and uses cookies to distinguish visits; you can opt out of Google Analytics with Google's Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

Purchase information — merch sales run through Fourthwall, which processes payments under its own privacy policy. We don't see or store your payment details.

2. How We Use It

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with anyone except the service providers listed below, and only as needed to operate the site.

3. Third-Party Services

Each of these services has its own privacy policy governing the data it processes.

4. Cookies and Tracking

We use a small number of cookies and local storage entries: session tokens to keep you signed in, and anonymous analytics. We do not use advertising trackers.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

Newsletter subscribers can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email. Observer account holders can request full deletion of their account and all associated data by emailing hello@neoruins.com — we will confirm deletion within 30 days.

6. Children

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If we learn we have, we will delete it.

7. Changes to This Policy

If we change this policy in a material way, we will update the date above and note the change on the site. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.

8. Contact
